Use a product-level application

List ingredients, dosage form, manufacturer and intended use for each product family. Supply labels and representative landing pages. Explain which entity imports, manufactures or distributes the goods. Product changes and destination markets can affect the review even when the brand name stays the same.

Review claims across the whole sales journey

Include advertisements, affiliate material, testimonials and checkout offers in your evidence pack. A cautious product label does not resolve conflicting claims elsewhere. FDA’s industry resources identify US dietary-supplement topics including labelling, ingredients and manufacturing; other markets require their own review. Avoid suggesting that a merchant account validates product safety or efficacy.

Explain repeat orders and customer complaints

Separate voluntary repeat purchases from automatic replenishment. Show how the customer agrees to future charges and how cancellation works. Track dispatch, returns and product complaints so the payment team can distinguish delivery failures from billing misunderstandings. Discuss any change to trial offers or fulfilment before it materially changes the account profile.
