1. Scope and contact
This notice covers fixpays.com and its business assessment form. FixPays is the website and business name used in this notice. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to sales@fixpays.com with the subject Privacy request.
The operator’s registered legal name, address and relevant jurisdiction are awaiting confirmation. This interim notice describes the current website and does not establish the identity or regulatory status of a future payment-service provider. A separate provider may give its own privacy notice during formal onboarding.
2. Information you provide
The assessment form collects your name, work email, company name, business website, registration country, business category and the details you choose to enter. Successful submissions are stored in the website database with a submission timestamp. Correspondence sent directly by email is also available to the receiving mailbox.
Only provide information you are authorised to share. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, sensitive personal information or customer transaction records in the initial enquiry form. If supporting documents are needed later, an appropriate submission method should be agreed separately.
3. Technical information
Hosting and infrastructure services may process request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, access times and error or security logs, to deliver and protect the website. The current website application has no installed advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Infrastructure-level processing is separate from the assessment form.
See the Cookie Policy for the current position on browser storage and hosted-platform functions. Following a link to another website subjects your visit there to that website’s practices.
4. Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your business, assess a potential fit, respond to your questions and maintain a record of the discussion. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. Information may also be needed to handle complaints or comply with a binding legal requirement.
Submitting an enquiry is not an agreement to unrelated marketing. The current form does not enrol you in a newsletter or make an automated merchant approval decision.
5. Legal basis where applicable
Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, the basis depends on the purpose and relationship: responding to requested pre-contract steps; legitimate interests in managing business enquiries and securing the website, subject to the required balancing assessment; compliance with a legal obligation where one applies; or consent where consent is required.
The enquiry checkbox records your agreement to the stated response purpose. It is not a waiver of privacy rights or blanket consent to every possible use. The final operator-specific notice must identify the applicable bases and responsibilities.
6. Access, service providers and onward assessment
Website hosting, database and email infrastructure providers process information needed to supply their services. Access to enquiry information should be limited to people with a business need to handle it. This website does not automatically send your form to a list of acquiring banks or payment providers.
If an enquiry progresses to a proposed provider assessment, the relevant recipient, purpose and required information should be explained before that onward submission. A provider may act under its own privacy notice. Information may need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal demand or to establish or defend legal rights.
7. Retention and international processing
The current enquiry database does not have an automatic deletion schedule configured. Retention periods for enquiries, correspondence and infrastructure records are being confirmed; this notice does not claim a fixed deletion deadline that is not implemented. Contact sales@fixpays.com to request a review of information held about you.
Retention should be based on the purpose, status of an enquiry, any applicable recordkeeping duty and a genuine need to handle disputes, rather than indefinite storage merely in case information becomes useful.
Hosting or email processing may involve locations outside your country. The final notice must identify relevant processing locations and any legally required transfer safeguards. No specific data-residency or transfer-certification claim is made here.
8. Your requests and choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights can have exceptions. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
Email sales@fixpays.com with enough detail to identify the enquiry and the request. Proportionate identity checks may be needed before information is disclosed or changed. Do not send identity documents in an initial email unless a suitable method has been agreed. Withdrawing consent does not retrospectively invalidate lawful processing.
9. Security and changes
The website uses HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid submitting unnecessary confidential information.
Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes to the handling of existing information should be communicated as required by applicable law.
