FIXPAYS / POLICIES

Terms & Conditions

Terms for using the FixPays website and submitting an initial business enquiry.

Last updated: 1 October 2026
Interim website notice

Company-specific legal details and operational procedures are awaiting confirmation. This notice does not replace a signed service agreement or establish regulatory authorisation.

1. Website scope

These terms apply to browsing fixpays.com and submitting enquiries. The website is intended for adult business representatives acting with authority for their organisation. FixPays is the name used on the website; the operator’s registered details and jurisdiction are awaiting confirmation.

These website terms do not create a merchant acquiring, banking, custody, exchange or payment-processing agreement. The relevant contracting entity and any service-specific conditions must be identified in separate documentation before a service is accepted.

2. Assessment is not approval

Submitting a form begins an initial enquiry. It does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, activation, processing capacity or access to a payment method or market. A category or solution page describes matters for assessment, not blanket provider approval.

You should provide complete and accurate information about ownership, websites, products, customer markets and payment flows. Material changes should be disclosed when discussing a proposed arrangement.

3. Commercial arrangements

Any charges, settlement terms, reserves, cancellation rights or refund conditions belong in the applicable written proposal or service agreement. Website wording does not override a signed agreement or create a promise of a particular commercial outcome.

Do not send money or rely on purported instructions solely because someone uses the FixPays name. Verify the contracting party and payment instructions through an established contact before proceeding.

4. Information and editorial content

Articles, checklists and policy summaries provide general business information. They are not a personalised legal, tax, investment or regulatory opinion. Source dates and jurisdiction matter, and requirements can change. Obtain advice appropriate to your actual activity when necessary.

Illustrations may be AI-generated and are labelled where displayed. They do not evidence a real partnership, transaction, approval or reported event. References to third-party organisations do not imply endorsement.

5. Acceptable website use

Use the website lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not submit misleading applications, impersonate others, upload malicious material, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorised access.

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorise its handling only as needed for the enquiry and as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not include information you lack authority to disclose.

6. Intellectual property and external links

Website content and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by FixPays or relevant licensors. You may view the site and use information for legitimate internal business evaluation. Wider republication or use of branding requires appropriate permission unless the law permits it.

Third-party links are provided for context. Their content, services and privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators.

7. Availability and responsibility

Reasonable care should be taken when using information and technical services, but continuous availability, error-free operation and a particular business result are not promised. Report suspected errors through sales@fixpays.com.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any service-specific allocation of liability must be addressed in the relevant contract; this page is not a blanket waiver of responsibility.

8. Questions, disputes and updates

Contact sales@fixpays.com about website issues or use the Complaints Policy. No exclusive court, arbitration procedure or governing-law jurisdiction is specified while the operator details remain unconfirmed. Mandatory applicable law continues to apply.

Changes will be dated on this page and apply prospectively as permitted by law. Updating website terms does not unilaterally rewrite an existing signed service agreement.
