Interim website notice

Company-specific legal details and operational procedures are awaiting confirmation. This notice does not replace a signed service agreement or establish regulatory authorisation.

1. Lawful and accurate use

Use FixPays for legitimate business enquiries. You must be authorised to represent the business and to share the information submitted. Do not misstate ownership, products, licences, jurisdictions or processing history.

2. Prohibited misuse

Do not use the website to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, stolen payment credentials, impersonation or unauthorised access. Do not submit malware, attempt to disrupt the service or harvest personal information through the site.

Do not conceal the real merchant, route undisclosed third-party sales, misdescribe goods or use an approved-looking website to disguise a different activity. Forged evidence and misleading statements undermine assessment and may prevent an enquiry from proceeding.

3. Rights and safeguarding

Activities involving illegal exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, trafficking, counterfeit goods or unauthorised distribution of protected content are not acceptable. Applicants must have the rights and permissions relevant to their actual products and markets.

An industry page is not permission to operate unlawfully. IPTV enquiries must concern rights-cleared services; adult businesses must address lawful content and consent; regulated products and gambling or financial activities require review of the applicable permissions and market restrictions.

4. Activities requiring specific assessment

Lawful activities such as gambling, adult content, CBD, vapes, nutraceuticals, peptides, crypto-related services and financial trading may require additional evidence and may be outside a particular provider’s policy. No category guarantees acceptance.

New domains, business lines, beneficiaries, countries or recurring-billing models should be disclosed before they are treated as part of a proposed or existing processing scope.

5. Handling concerns

FixPays may decline to progress an enquiry or request clarification where website misuse or unacceptable activity is identified. Any action affecting an actual payment service is governed by the responsible provider’s contract and applicable law.

Report suspected misuse to sales@fixpays.com. Include the relevant URL and a factual description; do not send unlawful content, passwords or unnecessary personal information.
