1. What cookies do
Cookies are small values stored by a browser for a website. Similar technologies may store preferences or support authentication, security and other functions. Their purpose and duration depend on the service that sets them.
2. Current application configuration
The public FixPays pages do not currently include application-level advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or a marketing-cookie integration. The assessment form sends its fields to the website database; those enquiry records are not stored as a marketing cookie.
The hosting platform and infrastructure may use essential security, authentication or service-delivery mechanisms. A complete platform-cookie inventory, including names and lifetimes, has not yet been verified. This notice therefore does not claim that every visit is entirely cookie-free.
3. Optional tracking
There is no optional analytics or advertising consent control in the current site because those integrations have not been installed. A notice or banner alone would not authorise optional tracking.
Before optional trackers are introduced, their purposes and providers should be documented and any legally required consent controls implemented. Where consent is required, optional tracking should remain inactive until a valid choice is made, with a way to withdraw that choice.
4. Browser controls and external services
You can review or remove stored website data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect functions supplied by the hosting platform. Browser controls do not delete enquiries already submitted to the server.
External sites linked from articles have their own practices. Their cookies are not governed by this notice merely because FixPays links to them.
5. Questions and updates
Email sales@fixpays.com for questions about website storage. Read the Privacy Policy for information about enquiry records and privacy requests. This policy will be revised when the verified configuration changes.
